There’s a bug in the reply box from what I’ve found. If your login times out while you’re typing, clicking “save” does nothing. It’ll show the spinny cursor but never actually saves.
However if you reload the page, you should get the authenticate.win relogin and then it’ll work. I think they just need to do a login check from the reply box upon submission.
Sometimes the front end also lags behind the back end, or something like that, and it just takes a few minutes for an edit to propagate through the servers.
