She could have been more stupid. The glue in this case was their spray adhesive and doesn't have the word 'Glue' prominently on the can, just 1/2 inch high 'SPRAY ADHESIVE' and 'HEAVY DUTY'.
BTW, she's 40, so focusing on the children will not be enough.
If you visit their website there is still no warning not to spray it on your head, so we'll probably see a repeat of this eventually.

I imagine there was also NO label on there that said hair spray -- use this on your head
