Not at all. My wife’s family is very tight knit, or at least we’re... until two of her cousins were brainwashed by colleges. One of them is full fucking blown crazy, and showcases it all on YT which my wife and I love. All they do is talk crazy shit about how their parents are racist, and they had a terrible upbringing and blah blah blah. Their mom is a surgeon/OBGYN and their father a farmer. They raised them, and even adopted one of their half black friends and to this day pay for her to come home with the family for holidays... they pay for all their kids shit, phones, cars etc. they even pay 21k a year for their grandkid to go to a really nice expensive private school. They know how their kids are, know they advocate for socialist causes and still take care of them... I wouldn’t be so nice if I was them.
Oh it def is. They’ve always done it, and I’ve always thought it was stupid as hell. I’ve been on my own since 17, so I grew up completely different then my wife and her family. Part of the problem is I don’t think they understand the extent to which their kids talk shit about them. Oh well, none of my business.
