Remember when all of the older people used to say that the younger generations were weak, scared, and needed to toughen up?

From what I see, the majority of older people SUPPORT lockdowns and eternal face mask wearing with no explanation as to when they will allow our lives to return to total normalcy or a timeline for when this will be allowed to happen.

Who's the crybabies now for a virus with a 99% survivability rate? How do you think the older generations would respond if they were asked to cease their normal day to day activities for the benefit of the younger generations for only 2 weeks, but then 365+ days later were told to keep doing what they were doing?

up here in canada, or at least my rural part, it's the opposite. Elderly don't care about masks and wonder why the kids aren't playing outside.

I haven't put on a mask to walk into a business in my state in months.

A few still wear them, but I haven't even been offered a mask by the door Nazis in quite some time. When they did offer, I didn't slow down, or even look at them. I simply, cheerfully replied "I'm good, thanks!", and kept walking.

Deep down, even the zealots know that forcing attire onto another person against their will is... Fucked up.

There are benefits to living in "flyover country". I assume it's similar in Canadia.

It must be nice. I've learned throughout 2020 that so many "conservatives" have little value for independence or liberty either.
