Also guess what was not affected. All the "school" programs that provide food. That shit didn't miss a beat.

Yep sitting outside the building every day with their cart of bagged lunches for no one. Never once saw someone “risk” It during a pandemic to get their free school lunch.

My county paid the same $ for school lunches during pandemic. Half of the lunches were made but they DELIVERED each lunch eating up the rest of the budget.

I can't blame the beneficiaries. It's the local bodies that think they know how to better spend tax dollars.. its such a crock of shit.

For sure. Someone should have had the balls to examine the program and change it to meet needs, maybe redirect the funds or send the parents a cut of the funds provided for each child... but that would be useful and not easily funneled off. They can’t have that.
