I read the order. It's pretty despicable to go on for paragraph after paragraph about the environment and "written requests" for relief and units. WTF.

Yaaaa, DoE authorized a REACTIONARY response, instead of a PROACTIVE approach that ERCOT was requesting. This proves that the DoE is directly responsible for the grid falling over, costing lives. DoE is ASSHOE!

Still not clear what happened other than TX requested additional power on February 14. Abbot needs to spell out why we didn’t get the federal assistance and if it’s because the DOE played politics, it’s time for TEXIT!
