The cops were incompetent enough to get themselves in a situation where they were getting their asses kicked by a guy who committed a crime that is literally on the same level as a parking ticket.
Then incompetent enough to lose control of the situation, and give the guy an opportunity to grab their gun, then incompetent enough to actually have to kill someone over 20 dollar ticket.
Sounds like a lot of deflection of blame. I guess the homeless dude has no accountability for his actions. It was the cops fault for not preventing him from going for his gun. It was the cops fault for not preventing him from getting physical.
