Funny. There's a dirty little secret in Hollywood, that nobody will tell you. Directors, et. al, HATE working with black people. The black women become divas and the black men can't leave the women on set alone. (I'm talking about crew members). In between every single take, the black guys migrate to the most receptive female on set, then aren't in place when the director is ready to roll again. It's this way EVERY. SINGLE. TIME....but they won't tell you that's why they don't hire them.
If you ever get to spend time on a set for a day, where there are black people, bring a hidden camera and you'll see exactly what I mean.
