Seems to me we need to declare this state an energy Sanctuary state...as well as a 2A Sanctuary state. Energy directives that impose hardship on Texans during a worst-case scenario (or in the face of an imminent disaster) simply need to be disregarded as null and void in this state.

Texas needs to sue the govt for the total cost of the storm outages based on criminal malfeasance in failing to properly respond to their crisis.
Withhold all tax dollars and use them to repair the grid, upgrade the grid, help those effected by the storm.
