Since a black man was the first to legally own slaves in the states, and there were a lot of blacks that owned slaves in the states, do the descendants need to pay reperations, or will they receive? Also, does every black get it, or do they need to prove they are ancestors of slaves? What about the Chinese that built the railroads? The list goes on, there's no ending to this Pandora's box.
