We all know this is just another Democrat slushfund. Its practically impossible to reliably trace ancestry of people to determine whether they had a slave ancestor and then to figure out how much money they are owed.

What it will be is a hundreds of billions of dollar fund that the government will allocate to black activist groups, who will then funnel it back to the DNC through campaign contributions.
