Basically, If Texas ramps up power BEFORE buying from outside states, more green power, the power people are committing FELONIES. The power from outside states is up to 10,000 percent!!
Just because they are on a separate grid doesn't mean they don't have to abide by federal emission laws. That's what they were wanting an easement on. So they could run their plants at full capacity and not get fined
