Wow. Do you think anything could have been done differently, or was this just unavoidable given the current state of energy production in the state? Do you think it'd have been avoidable had the money spent on wind and solar over the past 30 years been spent on gas, coal, or nuclear?
The gen wasn’t there. The regulations didn’t matter. A massive amount of gas gen couldn’t run because the gas supply simply was not there.
