Election fraud is actually not easy. You need to not get caught red handed, and to prevent cases going through the courts.
In 2020 Trump and the GOP got caught with their pants down, and the Dems were assisted by some of the RINOS.
Come 2022 there will not be any legit reason to exclude election monitors. The monitors will know not to leave until forced out by police with guns pointed. The GOP candidate lawyers will be prepared (DJT: great President, terrible legal preparation). In addition, if the margin is big enough, the cheating gets harder, so any vote matters anyway.
