Balkanization won't save you, they will infiltrate, corrupt, and steal away wherever you run. This fight must be fought. You can do it, or your grandchildren can do it on smaller land surrounded by foreign adversaries. Your "peaceful" solution only delays what is unavoidable.
They don't want to be left alone to live their lives their own way like you do. They are jealous and angry at you for your success because it illustrates their own failure. Their only mental gymnastic out of personal reflection is to view you as evil and having cheated somehow - needing to be destroyed, that they are entitled to what you've made for yourself, and that is just as true if you're half way around the world, just across a border in your own "country", one state over, or down your street.
There is no wall high enough, no planet far enough away, no compromise sweet enough to appease them.
