State of California legislated that as of Jab 2021, all employees must undergo sexual harassment training. I looked over the mandated thought shaping and refused. Company insisted. I refused and quit. I am not against stopping harassment but I am against having the state tell me what to think. I do engineering contracts so I have the freedom to jump but most people are stuck with it.

Then I saw what universities now force their students to sign - a contract that amounts to what kinds of thought are allowed. Folks, we are in trouble. Between that and the online censorshio we are now into a thought control state.
