You can always make your own.

Try making your own gingerale. Simmer some sliced ginger in water for 15-30min, remove the ginger and and sugar a little above desired sweetness, let cool to 110f (not hot to the touch) and add some baking yeast. Into a 2L bottle it goes. Wait a few days at room temp.

Once you get the premise, you can find other recipes for rootbeers, coke, whatever.
