I used to be in the beverage business. Reeds and Virgils was a product we sold at one time. I’ve met the owner, and if I were a betting man, I highly doubt he’s on our side. Just throwing it out there since everyone is looking to escape the bad guy brands.
Thanks for letting us know. I guess as long as he doesn't use his company to push or fund woke bullshit, he can have his own beliefs.
I personally would be okay with that arrangement at least.
Seriously. Stop paying woke corporations that spread white-hate and poison Americans of all colors with insane amounts of HFCS, sugar, food coloring, preservatives, etc. Stop funding them--improve your health and society.
Yeah, how about we stop putting garbage in our bodies altogether? We're here having wet dreams of 1776, meanwhile being the weakest-ass, unhealthiest generation ever to live. If you don't respect your body, you have no respect for yourself, and are unfit to fulfill your role as a man in society.
The longest lifespans thing is a myth. The average lifespan was dragged down but the dramatically higher rates of death in childhood that humans used to have. As we all know from basic math, just a few small numbers significantly drag down an average.
People are living shorter, less healthier lives now; we're just better at keeping children alive.
Absolutely correct. It is embarrassing to hear people rave about how long we are living now...we are sickly, squishy snowflakes compared to earlier generations....largely thanks to companies like Coca Cola and a lack of personal responsibility for our own health.
You're mostly correct. Actually, counting only those who survived childhood, a greater percentage of people are indeed living to old age in recent times compared to the 1800's/medieval period/ancient romans/etc. But it's definitely true the differences in life expectancy now vs the past are mostly due to the high infant & child mortality rates that existed in the past, and if modern people could go back in time and visit, many of us would be surprised that elderly folk wouldn't be nearly as uncommon as assumed.
I'm a Dr. Pepper addict. Got a recommendation for a replacement or do I just gotta suffer the frozen turkey? I'm wanting to get back into shape and get more energy but kinda stuck in the loop of "low energy>low motivation>low energy>..."
I'm a hypocrite, here (i still drink soda) but this is probably a good opportunity to get the high fructose sugar poison out of our bodies and raise our natural iq a couple of points by cutting out all the globalist poison, physically in this case.
Right. I've been pretty thin my whole life, but that's not really the point. It's disruptive to hormone function which has leveraged effect on the body, emotions, and then mind.
This^^ Pepsi is up there with all the top evil companies.
Chek Cola from Winn Dixie is the way to go!
Also, Virgil's--Reed's drinks are good!

Of course. And I have no way of knowing. Been out of that business a long time.
I'd argue water would be the best thing to drink.

Nah. Flat and Flavorless. Virgils is bottom rack.

I commend you on your strawman.
That really was an embarrassing read.
Faygo REDPOP, pulled from the freezer, at just the right time to get a REDPOP SLUSH drink. The BEST hangover syrup on the planet earth.
If I tell you soy is bad for you, which it is, do you want to put that down your gullet too?
I still do but very rarely. I'm a 53 yr old single man. I don't usually use it unless I have asian food which is quite rare.

Back in the day when men were MEN, everyone smoked.
Three packs a day, ya wusses, get on it.

I drink diet soda all the time and could physically rip you to shreds so I don't know what you're on about.
