Volcanoes produce about 1/10th the CO2 of all human industrial emissions, on an average year. Big eruptions from multiple volcanoes can be quite hefty, CO2 wise, but those are rare, and would have to be catastrophic (equivalent to a Yellowstone eruption) to dump the same amount as human action.
That said, the US isn't the biggest producer of CO2. Not by a long shot. That would be China, who owns Biden.
