Noticed one was in my state (Minnesota) and checked it out. Jim Ramstad was a real person who served in Congress between 1991-2009. Died of Parkinson's in November. Generic Republican with a few liberal ideas mixed in.

Others are probably real then too, but I'm not gonna bother looking into it, though.
