I am going to be real here. No matter how bad the evidence or courts are against Biden you are never going to see him replaced with Trump.
You might see him made a lame duck until next election, you might see him replaced by Harris, but you will never see Trump in unless it's by election.
Before that happens there will be a point where Biden will appoint someone to look into it and find the administration magically did nothing wrong.
