Increase the police presence in their neighborhoods so they don't have to rely on gangs to survive.
Get rid of teacher's unions and properly fund their schools (plus school of choice) so they aren't retarded and can contribute to society and move up.
Democrats keep them stupid and killing each other because they don't want to live near them.
Until we control the local governments in these cities there's nothing that can be done, it's on purpose.
It’s harder for that to happen when schools don’t teach civics. I mean they’re failing to teach other stuff too (mostly due to teacher’s unions stopping do-nothing teachers from being fired) but I don’t think they even try to teach civics.
Detroit is a good example. They ended up constantly electing corrupt people like Kwami Kilpatrick and a big reason for that is too many people don’t know enough civics to know how to tell when corruption is going on or what to do about it. Additionally, corruption gets normalized to the point where it seems like a normal thing that’s impossible to do anything about, and you get more corrupt officials who don’t resist/refuse corruption because they think it’s just the normal thing to do to get ahead.
There’s other stuff going on too. See Gang Leader For a Day by Sudhir Vinkatesh. A gang leader in inner city Chicago actually took him around and showed him everything going on. Even the gang leader wanted stuff to change which is why he did that. There’s a bunch of stuff you wouldn’t expect in there, like gang leaders will college degrees and gang members being required to finish high school and not drop out.
The main reasons for things not improving are stuff like political correctness, local corruption, and stuff like that.
I read an article about shootings in black neighborhoods, where gang violence ends up with random passerby just shot on the street. Someone (black) quoted in the article said people in the neighborhood generally knew who it was doing the shooting, but couldn't say anything to the police or they/their family would be targeted. I don't know if it's true, or how widespread, but if they really want safe neighborhoods, they're going to have to ban together and get rid of these gangs. Gangs can't target everybody. Tell the police when they start shooting or dealing drugs and get them off the streets, bring your kids home - preferably to a two-parent household - and make them behave in school. Ta-da! The American dream will be yours.
All blacks need is the same thing Americans need but maybe more so -- a truly free market.
Let the savage market educate and decide. No minimum wage, no money printing, no welfare, no PPP loans, no central bank, no federal regulations, no school mandatory, no tax payer money for indoctrination, no income tax, no discrimination lawsuits, etc.
Any country that has the guts to unleash the free market would be first world within 10 years.
Eliminate all of the welfare, coddling, and privileges. It would lead to mass pandemonium for a time. However it would restore sanity and balance to black culture after a while. Will NEVER happen though.

There’s a reason Chicago behaves like Ancestral West Africa and Montana like Ancestral Northern Europe.
