I am serious, how can y'all keep going? I struggle. Like really struggle to keep taking a step forward. How are y'all able to do it? I am looking at the end of the tunnel and all I see is darkness but y'all keep seeming to find a light and I need to know how you do it.

If your friends are dying from gangs and drugs maybe try and get friends that aren’t into that lifestyle. It isn’t healthy, obviously.
Another thing you can do is take a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy exercise. It will show you how your thinking may be illogical and really helps make sense of all the craziness because you will realize it’s all lies. Something like this.

Oh I get phone calls from people who found my name and address because I donated to Trump. Oh I just realized the way I worded it seemed like I am in a gang. I am a college student in Albany NY. Friends that died from drugs had been from weed laced with fentanyl. And for the gangs we lived in a student area prior to the flu spreading and everyone becoming unemployed. So the ghetto went from just down down town to parts of everything. I will have to give that a try, haven't heard of it before. Thank you! Everyday I find myself becoming more and more religious.
