If the federal government can do that to the citizens and state of Texas in the winter. They will do it to Florida in the middle of summer. The EPA caused the power suppliers to throttle down in Texas which was one of the major causes of the problem.

It's more likely to that they'll screw over water filtration during a hurricane and flooding. Still not nearly as dangerous as Siberia in the Southwest.
Then DeSantis should anticipate that and make provision
