Abbott is trying to stop outflows of oil to Mexico anyway, but looks like he might run into roadblocks. The Texas RINOs fucked it up, pure and simple. Had they had the kind of business acumen and courage Trump had (he was in PR days after the hurricane personally helping deliver much needed supplies), then Texas wouldnt be in this position.
