I agree that they are unhinged. That said, Cruz is a swamp creature.

He is, and it is bad optics to go to a resort during a crisis. But he’s not creating rules and breaking them like, Pelosi, Newsom, Cuomo, etc. Had Cruz said this is a crisis and you can’t go anywhere, and then left, he would be just as guilty. But-he didn’t.
