Most evolutionists hinge on some belief about shared ancestry. This DOES NOT prove evolution. It's backwards. There is NO evidence for a working, functional evolution. And, in fact, all of the "evidence" for common ancestry can be attributed to common Design elements. If you can't solve the problem going forward, to where it actually becomes useful, and real, then you believe in a new age fairy tale, taken all together. A false religion of so-called science that is a DILLUSION. Fate is not without a sense of irony, I suppose. The Bible has always made the same claim about what it is, and where it comes from, and still stands firm on testable, repeatable, observable scientific phenomena.

The reason you can get a DNA test and see that a kid is yours or not yours - is the exact same reason why evolution is undeniably true.
DNA spontaneously mutates when recombination happens. Sexual intercourse introduces varieties of code outside the parent set. The system is very fault tolerant and drifts naturally. We can see this drift when we look at a kids vs parents. Everyone has at least a hundred single nucleotide polymorphisms ( mutations ) in their codebase. They get passed down and you can see those bits of noise go from generation to generation.
That noise and the drift all just build slightly different bodies. But over time - when groups are separated - the local selective pressure of the environment causes bodies grown from those recipes to be more or less effective at replicating. On a genetic level - genes that make a body more effective get passed down. Those that code for problems - like a bad mutation - end up in a dead end - and thus don't get replicated.
This process has worked on all life from the very beginning. Its the same very simple process.
There is nothing against god in this either. If god exists it is an engineer of sorts. Imagine how boring eternity would be. I think it creates universes and searches for interesting things in them. You would not need to fine tune this system either. You can spin up a large number of them - all spawning all kinds of structures - and on some there will be configurations of universes that have life.
I get that people have faith in the Bible. And that is great. But the poetry of the Bible does not need to be recast as the materialist solution to how reality came to be. The people that wrote the bible would have had no way of understanding things like the fine structure constant, the speed of light, or the Higgs field.
But they can understand in the beginning - the first event was light. That is actually true.
And the original idea of a "meme" was the evolutionary model applied to ideas at the cultural and societal level. The idea that good things get selected for and bad things are selected against is a very robust model that can be applied to almost anything.
Additionally, to illustrate how the "science" of evolution is not science because it has no predictive quality, one could ask: what are humans, or elephants, or horses, or dogs turning into?
You might try to say something about how the seasonal flu vaccine is derived from predictions about the changes in the next seasons strain, but what is the virus turning into? It does not EVER stop being a virus, so long as it is not extinct. There is no evidence that the change we observe is beyond variation contained within a given creature. That variation may very well be, for all intents and purposes, infinite, BUT it does not change form. Evolutionists see the design rationality in God's creation, a matrix of biological agents, and fills in the HUGE blanks with it's own ostensibly rational godless narrative.
I know it wouldn't matter if it were true, but this DOES fuel the left. Evolution is not true, so all you're doing is aiding your enemy.
You don't understand how this works. No instance of a lifeform is evolving. Every instance lives its one life and replicates or does not. If it has more offspring than another instance - the code that was generated in that recombination has a higher likelyhood of taking over in a breeding population. Over time - this results in different species.
But at no time is one instance turning into another.
We have pretty much fucked evolution for all the animal and plant populations we manage. Their selective pressure is us - and we can breed them in ways that are evolutionarily impossible. We will be guiding our own destiny when it comes to any changes that predominate - but it will be engineering unless there is a collapse of civilization.
That is not how anything works. The virus is not "turning into" anything. A random variation will emerge in an instance that gives it a slight reproductive advantage. That slight advantage makes it the predominant variant infecting humans for a season.
But its ecological niche - where they can succeed - is in the lung and tracheal tissue of some bird species and humans. They are constantly changing but the only ones that can successfully infect emerge in predominance.
And again the label "virus" is a whole class of code. If you actually looked at their codebase - there is CONSTANT change in any instance. no two instances are identical in a single organism. But those small changes are constrained to be able to build viruses. If a change happens that stops the virus from being able to load into the shell - or a change happens that makes it have a non-functional receptor structure - that virus's changes will never make it to a new generation to test. They get deleted from the population.
Mutations aren't the redeeming apparatus you want it to be. Yes, I understand, genes are passed onto progeny, but there is, again, zero evidence that evolution, via this process, accounts for phenotypic change. (Maybe I shouldn't say "phenotypic," but rather, the "differences in phenotype" would be better) If living things were made first into a set of some primal sub groups, it would appear the same way (and that's what the Bible says - God made "kinds" of animals first). There's a difference between variation and planning. That is the bridge our scientific observations do not cross. Anything that says this bridge is crossed is a story. I realize how this seems to be a rational leap for people, but it is a story. God did this on purpose. His story gives the true account. So, no, I don't accept that the world before us can arise through incremental, upward, trial and error reproduction. At the current rate of mutations (in our fallen, sin cursed world), nothing would survive long enough for evolution to occur. It is a real problem - one of mutational load. There are estimates that have mutational load becoming an insurmountable burden on humanity in 300 years or so. This is considered a "paradox" in evolution, but we don't hear too much about it. Wonder why. All this nwo stuff is fueled by the belief in evolution. It's how the liberals have justified their lunacy, since in an evolutionary world, everything is just a convention.
The classifications you think of as "dog" or "cat" are poor approximations. There is no ladder of species with one species as a pinnacle.
There is no such thing as "mutational load". If a replicant cannot bootstrap into a body that allows it to replicate with another compatible replicant - its code is deleted from the population's shared codebase along with whatever changes made it incompatible.
There are lots of these sorts of gates that demand to be preserved. The genes that code for the spindles around which chromosomes match cannot be changed much without the structure failing to work - which is why yours and mine are likely identical.
But the genes that correspond to non-coding regions like the dead hemoglobin areas or the dead endogenous retrovirus areas - are all free to drift without having impact on the built organism.
Everyone has at least 100 single nucleotide polymorphisms ( single nucleotide bit flips ) that are the result of every recombination event. The system is very fault tolerant, though - and if it can build the blastocyst - it can likely build out the rest of the organism to the point where it can reproduce.
Most recombinations fail. Millions of sperm vie for a chance to hit a single egg - most of the time that recombination is not compatible and an organism does not built out. But because this process is tried billions and billions of times - even with a high fail rate - eventually a successful recombination emerge.
In our species - thats a new baby. A lucky winner of the lotto to see this crazy universe thing.
If you honor your god - at least give it credit for being clever. It does not need magic to run this universe machine. Its MUCH more elegant as without the dev opening up console and running tweaks.
Besides - tweaking the simulation is an antipattern. God is an engineer. It would not be a hack engineer. It would be a master. A master can just let it ride. That appears to be what is happening in this universe.
