I can walk across the border to Algodones, Mexico, and get any medicine I want except narcotics. A lot of old people do this because they cant afford their prescriptions. All you got to do is bring your old rx bottles and you can get enough for three months. Also, a big pint of vanilla extract is just $1. You dont save that much on liquor or cigarettes, but you can save a fortune on meds. Enough to pay for your plane ticket most likely.
I know people from Missouri who buy vanilla extract by the shitload across the border because do you know how much a teeny tiny bottle of McCormicks is?
Last time I went to Costco which was two yrs ago they were selling huge bottles for about $10. I wonder if that had rat killer in it too?
They need to make more medicine OTC. I can understand highly addictive or dangerous substances, but much of it is just to make more $$$.
