Same! I worked for male and female lawyers. The men were always better to work for. The females were so neurotic and highly strung. The men were more laid back and had a sense of humor.
She said basically the program teaches all the women that they are oppressed, that they aren't equal to men and need to be elevated by pushing affirmative action in hiring. Then they push studies that show how women actually make better leaders than men.
