Science is based on logic, empiricism, and critical thinking. Nothing is true but we can disprove things and thereby increase the relative likelihood alt hat an idea is true.
Of course thatβs what science -was-. Iβm a heretic now so what do I know.
Upon further investigation, Snopes confirms critical thinking is bad.
What you may not know (I didnβt) is that critical thinking actually negates two masks and 1,700 carbon credits. So you should probably shut up.... according to science kek.
While statistics can be extremely complex, there is a very simple method that is immeasurably powerful in deceiving targeted audiences. It is called "Statistical Screening", and the technique is as follows:
Find a reason to exclude the data that reveals what you dont want to see.
Exclude all data that reveals what you dont want to see.
Either write about why it was essential to ignore that data (ethical)
or
: Dont even mention it and dont let anyone else have access to the data (non ethical)
So, by choosing to explain why you ignored part of the data, you are technically not a liar, you can lift your head high having deceived people in what basically is a lie.
This is how democrats do politics - make an excuse to do what you want - do what you want and claim it was ethical.
Empiricism & logic be damned. Trust the science!
Other scientists spend their entire careers based on NOT simply trusting the science, but you people just trust it anyway....
"the party of science" is a contradiction in terms.
Not trusting is actually science π

Stop. Investigate if the source is CNN. Return to CNN ππππππππππ

What is science fundamentally based on?
Statistics (which can be used to pursue truth as well as it can be used to pursue lies).
Statistics donβt lie. Statisticians do though π
Yes, well I am one, and that's a fair comment.
