The Board of Supervisors acted lawlessly, unilaterally ignored orders from their superiors, the State Senate. And of course then they'd choose after being forced to do their duty "auditors" who'd be the the most surly dregs they could locate. . .

The AZ Senate needs to censure/fire the entire Board, with the blessing of the voters. They all need to be in the unemployment line with no pension to expect.
