They will just be replaced with other ex-Teachers Union officials -

and that School District will continue to chase the Detroit Public Schools lead down the toilet of Performance - that leads to 50% 'functional illiteracy' because, as on Union member Teacher yelled so elegantly at her screaming students and out-of-control classroom one day:

"I get paid whether you learn anything or not."
