I heard they had some issues as well, but they have been off the radar because of maricopa. If the bill gets past the house and is signed, the senate should be able to subpoena them and move much quicker. Also, did a judge just rule that the senate has the authority to request these materials? I saw the Arizona guy report on that yesterday but no one else reported it.
