I wouldn't say he's qualified for any higher office, but mayor? He couldn't be worse than what they've had for decades. He was born n raised there, is black, extremely popular, and actually has some interesting ideas. I say he's black, because in a majority black city, that is a huge bonus when trying to garner votes.
