Trump is going to fuck himself doing things like meeting with scum like Graham.
Trump is already famous for fucking up hiring, we do not want scum like Graham anymore, we don't want deals with them, we just want them gone.
Nothing Graham says can be trusted, he's a backstabbing shit weasel. Trump doesn't have to work with that slime now he's no longer in office, he should be working to build an actual trusted team around him.
You especially don't want to alienate the one Republican who was adamant about how much of a mistake they second impeachment trial was going to be, long before it even started.... Others spoke up, but not before he did.
I don't give a fuck what anybody says, if you think I'm wrong then prove it, but Lindsey Graham was the first and the loudest to step up against the second impeachment even before the people you would expect to and well before it started.....
He went on every single talk show that would have him and expressed his disdain for the second impeachment trial and explained how big of a mistake he thought it would be for the Democrats AND Republicans.....
What kind of fucking idiot alienates and ignores the guy who did that for him? Not Trump, obviously.....
I agree. While Graham went soft after the election, I do not think he became the traitor that McConnell turned into and others like Romney, Kinsinger, Murkowski, etc. had been. I think the correct play here is to bolster our side with those who recognize the error of their ways AND MAKE A GENUINE AND PUBLIC SHOW OF LOYALTY/SUBMISSION. This is going to further isolate McConnell, Romney, etc. Having said that anyone who straight up betrayed us like McConnell, Haley, Romney, etc. are beyond redemption and need to go.
It was all theater. The point was never to succeed. The point was to give the Republican party a "win" so that their voter base can return to the controlled opposition party.
You are still under communist dictatorship, and if the Republican party hasn't addressed this, they've long chosen their side. And that's not yours.
That's right Pede. And I hope our readers realize that our Posts and Memes are top notch, but a lot of the comments are shills. We're not homophobic, and even if we were, we wouldn't go in for a lot of personal attacks that have nothing to do with the issues being discussed.
The republican party is basically handing him the keys to the kingdom. All of them are waking up to the realization that their attempts to distance the party from him will simply make their electorate leave with him and that Trump is the undeniable kingmaker of the GOP now. Anyone he dislikes, he can decimate in either the primary or the actual election. If they don't kiss the ring, Trump will destroy them. In the past, they still had the capability to undermine him. Vote against his policy. Betray him in nominations or even vote against him in an impeachment.
That is no longer the case. Trump no longer signs policy, he champions it. He won't lose popularity for a failed legislative attempt, only from not trying to champion it. He doesn't have to nominate anyone and it is now simply impossible to impeach him as he literally isn't in office anymore so he can't commit a new impeachable offense.
Trump has lost all his weakspots. Now, the GOP can either bend the knee or see it broke. THere is no negotiation with Trump anymore, only appeasement
Not really..... Parts of the party are, just the way it's always been, but McConnell and his cronies sure aren't....
Lindsey has always been on the President's side, even when he disagreed with him. Just go back and watch all of the many many interviews he did prior to the second impeachment where he screamed from the mountain tops how retarded it was to bring a second impeachment trial and how much damage it would do to both Democrats and Republicans....
Lindsey and Trump have been close for quite a few years now and it doesn't matter what the fuck we all think on the outside, I'm pretty sure they both know their private relationship better than anyone else does and Trump isn't stupid.
Never Put too Much Trust in Friends,
Learn How to Use Enemies:
Keep a close eye on your friends — they get envious and will undermine you. If you co-opt an enemy, he’ll be more loyal than a friend because he’ll try harder to prove himself worthy of your trust.
Lindsey Graham can be trusted in so far as you can trust that his number one interest is always Lindsey Graham. You can deal with a guy like that, you just have to make him an offer he don't refuse.

Yeah, disappointed Trump would even entertain the idea of meeting with Graham. Trump will never learn, he's too nice.

Not just that. But trump is the leader of the republican party, if these people want to ever win again they need to bend the knee.

I'm not going to give him props for acknowledging something as obvious as 2+2=4.
Yeah because that worked so well last time. You are deluded. You happen to work for a 3 letter agency by any chance?
According to people like you, everyone works for a 3 letter agency.... or at least anyone you disagree with, apparently
kentucky voters can do something about graham right?
Not likely since Graham is a South Carolina senator. You're thinking of McConnell. Easy mistake- same creatures in different skins.
If he wasn’t nice he would be Warren buffet. He cares about people and the country because he is that kind of guy.
Yep... You just nailed a huge oversight made by the "Trump's too nice" croud.....
He wouldn't be the Trump we all fell in love with without those qualities....
primary him then, I don't know what primary attempts are being made but they need to happen
trump can't save you by himself

Look at Mr. Presler. He gathered 500 people to organize out there. The lifetime politicians are scared. This isn’t your parents tea party. I

President Trump is a business person. Good business people meet with everyone to gather intelligence.
