Seems like blatant discimination... are there no laws for not to discriminate based on skin, gender etc.?

It's legal to discriminate against white people. They aren't considered a protected class. At least white men aren't.

Doesn’t matter what the law says, it only matters how it is enforced. While it’s not a law, I’d point to “shall not be infringed” as an example.
