I worked for Coca-Cola in 2014 this isn't new. The manager told me it took over two months to hire me because he had to justify in writing to HR why he wanted to hire a white male over a minority. All of the internal propaganda was basically "fuck white people". The blacks that worked there would show up 1-2 hours late and nothing could be done. I showed up 10 minutes late and would get a write up. The company is also head quartered in Ireland so they don't have to pay taxes, just like Apple.
