I work for a fortunate 300 company. It's the same here. For some reason we think that hiring for some trait that we cannot control will make us a better company in the eyes of our customers.

I can't wait for people to wonder why it isn't working.

This is happening all over the lager corporate world. The CEOs were brainbwashed in college.

CEOs are either brainwashed or too afraid to buck the trend and face a boycott (or worse) because ray-cism!
