I switched to diet a decade ago. Not that it's any better if course. Been reducing my intake over the last couple years. It's about habit. Keep an alternative available. Iced tea, water, whatever. They know their marketing. If they make it easily accessible they know they can break you.
I do too...can’t kick my DC habit....I liken it to smoking.
Yes you can, you just don’t. Stop being weak & claiming you “can’t” do something you won’t choose to stop.

Well you can replace that habit with something else
Water preferable, normal tea (Iced is all sugar)
Try to make a change for 21 days and see how you feel
