What if we already hit herd immunity?

AFAIK the reason cases are dropping us because the “powers that be” decided that it was time to stop using PCR tests as they were being used because it was completely inaccurate. Basically testing for human DNA.

The WHO recently did mention the PCR cycles should be lowered, so this rapid drop is a setup.
