I feel like Libertarians cherry pick shit they like from Thomas Paine and others and never acknowledge the parts they did not cherry pick. And then disingenuously quote their cherry picks. Thomas Paine’s entire political philosophy has the stupidity of human nature as his main foundation in thinking out every point he makes regarding government.
