You realize that if we just change votes without due process we're no different, right?

You can't just change things to get what you want. You need to prove it's the truth first.

Sure. I understand that. That's obvious. However, what did the SCOTUS do in the recent past? They told us to fuck off. What have lower courts done in recent past? They told us to fuck off. Due process is a must, but what happens when there is no due process?
