Looks like most of the cash was a roll over from the Trump campaign, and the individual donations were a percentage of the Stop the Steal fundraising(?). I’m going to guess that they’re working on the messaging, mechanics and building a website. I saw another post today about trump needing a fundraising arm (avoiding the rnc) and a commenter included two links but they were definitely not Trump’s.

I gotta believe he’s coordinating with people that are working on this. Even the right leaning articles written about the PAC didn’t include a website link.
