It’s actually less than 13% committing that 50%. Probably more like 6.5%, when you consider the males do the most of it. And then, think that only about half of that is a criminal element. Much worse than we originally thought.
I’ve thought about this before and it’s actually smaller than even 6.5 given really young and older males for the most part don’t commit violent crime. So it’s a sliver of a sliver of the population, black males between the ages of 15 and 40. Probably more like 3% of the population
