When you go to a restaurant, ask if they serve Coke products. If they do, either take your business elsewhere or make a point of not ordering a drink with your meal. Individuals dropping Coca-Cola makes a small impact, but when businesses start cutting ties they'll really feel the pain.

Just order water with your meal.

Or beer!

Usually, from my experience, they'll serve either coke or Pepsi products, but not both. Unless it's a big chain like Golden Corral or something.

All the local restaurants around here mostly only have Coke. I only ever get tea, water or a glass of red wine anyway.

find a restaurant that is still open.

The servers will just laugh it off and no one will care.

There are much better ways to make a point then to involve a bunch of 3rd parties that simply do NOT CARE!

Yeah, if they have both that's an easy way to do it.

My experience is that most restaurants serve Coke, not Pepsi. McDonalds is Coke

Those who feeling strongly about this - I think this might be the way ... take your business elsewhere. It takes less to impact the restaurant than it does the corporation. Getting them to switch to Pepsi or whatever wouldn't be too difficult. And if the boycott were intense enough, they could get the message in a few short weeks ...
