This seems like a lawsuit trifecta.

  1. she was terminated for being "Jewish" i.e.., for not being "black",
  2. probably for being good at her job and yes, possibly for being "old."
  3. the lawcourt venue? The Bronx :)

I see a hefty settlement in her future.
