It's pretty much theoretical due to the lack of testing.

its so sad that people are actually taking it. The normal approach to vaccines is a 10 year long process. Instead we have 2-3 in 6 months. And one uses gene manipulation [mRNA] instead of a weakened virus. Its terrifying how this is accepted.

It's an "experimental treatment", not a "vaccine".

Scary stuff.

Even scarier is how compliant some people are.

They got everyone compliant with masks. Then they got the leftovers compliant after January 6. No more protesting allowed. Shut up or get banned. If you call election fraud or disagree they come for you, your job, call you a white nationalist racist bigot.

Which is why I've gotten more vociferous by the day. I'm almost "cancel-proof". Almost.....

Dude, the treatments they've tried with CRISPR killed the test victims. I'm pretty sure they stopped using that shit.

Crispr editing vaccines are still around. Crispr Therapeutics has a few in stage 2 trials, and there are a few others with them -- Intellia and Editas as examples. The problem is, that style of vaccine can be super dangerous, and they're much less effective in older people. The vaccines currently in trial are for pretty awful hereditary diseases, like sickle cell or amyloid polyneuropathy.

Using CRISPR for a virus was a stupid idea, and I'm fairly certain it didn't go far at all.

certainly not without long term testing. like i mentioned typical vaccines take 10 years to develop and to get approved. But since everyone and their mother banned HCQ because that would prevent the vaccines from being used

More than 2-3. There are at least 10. Even Thailand is now making their own vaccine in a matter of months

Yes. My elderly mother was complaining hoe difficult it has been in MN to get the vaccine. Thank goodness! I told her don’t worry about it, it could do more harm than good.

My parents and sister have all taken the "experimental treatment". I'm more than concerned.

My brother is in the military. He took it. Hopefully it will be okay. I guess we can't worry too much about what we can't control. I know I plan to let everyone else get it first and see how it plays out.

I'm a bit more militant about my stance. Over my dead body will they put an experimental treatment in me. EVER!

If they try to put travel restrictions on me, I'll fly out of Tijuana. If they block that I'll drive or sail to where I want to go. No VAX for me ever!
