Most healthcare has adopted in this, so you're right if they are forcing you, you have the option to not take the vaccine as in my hospital, but you will be asked to release vaccination records if you want to work for them and re up to date on the other vaccinations aside from the covid-19 mrna vaccine. I'd agree anything outside healthcare or I guess schools is abnormal to request vaccination records. Maybe military would require it too.
