Stop the Steal began as a great movement but was quickly co-opted by Democrats.

It’s called “poisoning the well.” Your enemies will infiltrate your movement and poison it with bad information. This sends you down the wrong path and discredits you.

That’s what has happened. Stop the Steal started as a level headed criticism of Democrats’ facilitation of election fraud and obstruction of any fraud investigations. It focused on how mail in ballots could easily be from the wrong voters, and how election workers breached their duty to verify these ballots.

Three months later the movement has become about how Venezuela is changing votes via the internet and we’re helpless to ever win another election in the next 10,000 years it unless Mike Flynn sets up an independent republic in Texas.

It’s becoming a religion. Nobody can prove any of the claims they are making about fraud and it’s completely discrediting us all. Worse, it’s demoralizing and making many of you lose touch with reality as you’re diving head into any conspiracy theory you can find and coming away with the impression that you now live in the Soviet Union where elections are utterly hopeless.

If we don’t get back to evidence-based complaints about fraud our movement is going to be destroyed. The enemy already did this to us and lowered turnout in the GA elections by convincing everyone that everything is hopelessly rigged. They are doing it again right now. We are under attack. It’s information warfare designed to trick and mislead us. Our only defense is to stick with election fraud claims we can PROVE and to stop with the hopeless “we can never win again” doomerism.

What you talking about “no one can prove” I’ve seen the proof. It has been seen on the internet many times. So after you saying that all, yes all your debate points a null and void. Good day.

If you don’t have a higher standard of evidence than “I saw it on the internet” then you’re not better than the Russiagate Democrats.

Yes I am. I identify as better.

Then why wasn’t the evidence presented in court

3
Asstreeks 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why did you ask this question when you already had your answer that you like. And then told it to the group thirteen minutes later.

GiantFlamingToad 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because THE COURTS WOULDN'T HEAR THE CASES. You can lead a judge to water but you can't make him think.

-5
YourOwnGreatGrandma [S] -5 points ago +1 / -6

They wouldn’t hear the cases because Trump’s lawyers were awful and didn’t comply with basic procedural requirements. It wasn’t some big conspiracy against Trump.

The kind of evidence Trump had wasn’t the type courts will overturn elections with. This is a fact but you’d rather just make shit up as you go about how everyone is out to get you.

If you really believe that Biden won the election fair and square, then you have to believe that he ran the most astonishing and amazing election in the past century or so. He's the first president to lose Ohio and Florida in 60 years, and despite losing 18 of 19 bellwether counties that have predicted the winners in the past 40 years.

That must have been one hell of a campaign! I'm sure political scientists will be writing books about it for decades to come, and every other presidential candidate will be seeking to emulate Biden's incredibly unique and startlingly new methodology.

As soon as someone can figure out what that the fuck that was.

YourOwnGreatGrandma [S] -5 points ago +1 / -6

Never said he won “fair and square.”

There’s something called “evidence” and you actually need to have it in court. You can’t just wave your hands about bell weather counties.

Wow amazing. Let me know when the court says “nice evidence ya got there it’s not enough to overturn the election.”

We didn’t have evidence to overturn the elections in court. You’re deluding yourself. Our only chance was to go through Congress and there simply wasn’t the political will to do so for an outsider like Trump.

Move the fuck on. There was rigging, it was unfair, that doesn’t mean you can’t secure and win elections in the future.

Yeah that must be it. Every lawyer and judge everywhere is out to get you, including Andrew Sullivan and basically all of Trump’s lawyer supporters....

it couldn’t just be that you’re legally-illiterate and couldn’t pass a pre-law class

Need to be practical, logical and focused. All we need is one solid, provable case.I also get fed up with all this crazy shit.

5 states illegally certified election results. All 5 states changed their voting rules illegally. The most easiest and most unconstitutional case to prove. But yet... even that couldn't be heard in court. Corruption at the highest level. Now.. <Insert Election Fraud here>.

-8
YourOwnGreatGrandma [S] -8 points ago +1 / -9

How do you “illegally certify”?

Do you know what the words you use mean? Certifying is inherently legal.

What you mean is they were certified contrary to the process laid out in the constitution. When that happens, only Congress can overturn the election, not the courts.

The courts didn’t betray you. You just don’t understand how the law works.

FusionRealm 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sure. Get off your high horse.

YourOwnGreatGrandma [S] -9 points ago +1 / -10

Explaining law 101 to you isn’t being on a high horse you’re just a dumbass speaking on things you don’t know, forcing me to correct you.

You dont need to be an asshole about. Holy shit. Go take your fucking Covid vaccine and cover your ugly face up. You're no better than the liberal professors indoctrinatung our kids.

We can never win again unless we were to move back to voting methodology that we can legitimately trust.

Right now the opposite is happening, the opposition to it happening has been installed into power, and given their recent disregard for all semblance of reasonable or democratic behavior, and their full-throated embrace of tyranny, there is no reason to expect it to happen.

And the reason we can’t “prove it” is that the evidence for doing so directly (rather than circumstantially or by deduction) has been hidden, destroyed, and illegally withheld.

The only way the people in power are going to be removed is by being overthrown, either in an actual coup, by splintering into factions, by an external army, or by revolution.

In theory, you could persuade the mind-controlled opposition to fix the elections on a state level, but that requires freedom of speech, which has been removed (via algorithms and outright censorship, through ‘private-public partnerships’ controlled by those in power).

The last chance to fix it legally died in the Supreme Court and with President Trump leaving office, and the last chance to fix it by force will die when you turn over your guns because muh law-abiding! and withdraw your support from those willing to fight (as you did to the people who stormed the Capital) because muh optics!, muh peaceful!, muh jerb and farmly!

You’re a political rookie who likely started paying attention during this election, or 2016 at best.

You lose one election and you think the entire system is hopeless. It’s not. democrats have always cheated. Guess what else? Republicans cheat too. Politics is a dirty game, kiddo. Just because you get cheated once doesn’t mean the world is over. You still live in the freest nation on earth and you’re pretending you’re living under the soviets.

Stop acting like a helpless pussy and judge your situation rationally. If the elections are all irreversibly rigged how did Trump win in 2016? Or do you expect me to believe that Joe Biden was the genius evil villain that finally took over America for good?

2
Chopblock 2 points ago +2 / -0

You write that and then call me a “rookie”?

Ok, kiddo. An old horse like you can teach this foal to trot. Start by figuring out what the differences are between 2020 and every other election in history? Look for ones that scale ‘efficiently’, and tell me why they did.

After you identify those, you can tell me your corrective strategy, and puhleez try not to come back to me with something that reduces to “ask nicely even harder”.

Otherwise, you sound like a guy telling troops to mass together against machine gun fire because it worked for the Landsknecht

The election was worse this time around because of mail in ballots. Doesn’t mean it always will be in the future, especially after covid hysteria subsides.

Stop complaining about 2020 and do something about mail in ballots in 2022

1
Chopblock 1 point ago +1 / -0

Mail-in ballots were only one factor, and not the most important one. Keep going...

Before you can do something you need to know what to do, that can defeat the measures in place. That starts with identifying those measures, not just trying harder or wishing for the best.

For example, what makes you think the hysteria is ever going to subside? Does your strategy depend on that just... happening somehow? Does it assume that the hysteria is a natural occurrence, that will follow natural patterns, for instance?

Is it complaining to point out that naïveté is what brought us to our current predicament? What do they say about socialism, in regards to voting?

(I’m not downvoting you btw, I encourage you to keep thinking this through)

Wow. You must live in DC. Everyone knows there was fraud. And the fraud will remain in elections until we have proper representation and follow the laws.

Both can be true though

The only 2 audits showed that

  • if 100 ballots for each candidate were used as input, without any other setting, somehow Ds ended up with a +13 advantage

  • there is an absurd rate of ballot rejection which allows whoever is closest to pick who a bunch of ballots are intended for

GA was lost because it was rigged, deal with it GOPer

Prove it. If this were the case it should be the only thing we ever talk about.

there is an absurd rate of ballot rejection which allows whoever is closest to pick who a bunch of ballots are intended for

Yeah there was. And this is what you should focus on. Not “dominion” or “printed ballots.”

We can fix the ballot rejection issues. Even if we don’t, it only amounted to about 5% of the vote. Elections are still winnable.

Our movement...yeah right.

We see you and we know what you are trying to do. Its a lame attempt at best.
