The Patriot Party, Or The MAGA party with it's lion mascot. Republican title would be confusing for normies and they'd think it's the same as the cowardly uniparty Rhino instead in comparison.

3rd party would just be handing everything to the dems for pretty much forever unless they were stupid enough to allow a fracture in their own ranks, which they are not. they've been learning how to corral all of their various special interest groups (groups that are even at odds with each other typically), for decades. they've perfected that art.

we already have the blueprint for what to do. it was the tea party. in this argument of going 3rd party or not, the only time i see someone mention the tea party is as an example of how trying to change the republican party from the inside will fail, as the tea party did. but there's one huge difference- we now have donald trump. the tea party had basically no leader at all. you can't have a movement that thrives without a strong leader.

we could do a 'patriot party' within the republican party. it's a faction within the larger party, and it can even be openly hostile to the fake rinos. each patriot republican would have to be 'ordained' by trusted people. now that could be trump, who would hopefully have some actually good people helping him make picks for a change. but with him as a leader, openly picking republicans to primary out pieces of garbage like lindsey graham, mcconnell, etc, i think that'd be beautiful and it'd be the best way forward. think about how sweet of a victory it would be if trump could pick people that primaried out establishment republicans.

the idea of an entirely separate 3rd party is appealing because it would have the possibility of pushing the republican party down to 3rd most successful party, but that's a cheap thrill and short-sighted as fuck. because to get that 'sweet revenge' we basically have to give up everything, including the country, forever and completely. any one single voter who stayed with the republican party would be one voter we couldn't afford to lose. it's fucking stupid and people need to stop being fucking stupid about this. do it like a sequel to the tea party but this time with a leader. that's how we could win.

It's not stupid. "Taking over the GOP" is just as outlandish,

Ya'll downvote me, but it's another "watch and find out" moment where it's not going to go the way you all fantasize. That's not saying MAGA will lose, it just means we don't live in a fantasy.
